Preparing Your Laundry

Please place your laundry in a secure trash bag or cloth laundry bag before pickup. Make sure all pockets have been emptied before placing your laundry out for collection.

Delicate Items

Unload Laundry Service washes laundry as it is received and does not inspect or separate delicate garments.

If you would like delicate items washed separately, please place them in a separate bag and let us know when scheduling your pickup.

If separate processing requires additional work beyond our standard service, we will contact you before any additional charges are applied.

Color Separation

Laundry is generally washed using cold water, which is appropriate for most everyday clothing.

If you would like lights, darks, or whites washed separately, please place them in separate bags or indicate your preference when scheduling your pickup.

If separate processing remains within the capacity of a standard service, it may be completed without an additional charge at Unload's discretion.

If additional work is required, we will contact you before any additional charges are applied.

Special Handling Requests

Unload Laundry Service does not sort laundry by color or fabric type. Customers are responsible for separating any items requiring special handling before pickup and communicating those requests when scheduling service.

Health & Safety

For the safety of our household, customers, and equipment, please disclose any items involving contamination, infestations, hazardous chemicals, fuels, oils, solvents, or similar materials when scheduling each pickup.

Unload Laundry Service reserves the right to refuse service for items presenting sanitation, infestation, equipment, or safety risks.
